The room was clean, comfortable, and fragrant from the moment we entered. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us. The hotel's location is also strategic, close to everything. The breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the local menu. The facilities are complete, the swimming pool is well-maintained, and the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room, clean, cold AC, comfortable. No need to bother buying drinking water anymore because a dispenser is provided which is equipped with hot and cold water. Incidentally got a promo price so it was cheaper. This is the second time staying at Aston Gresik, next time will stay here again. The swimming pool is clean and the service staff are friendly. The gym room is also comfortable and equipped with gym equipment that works well. Cool

Fast check-in and check-out, the hotel staff service is responsive and fast, the location is integrated with Gresmall, Gresik, so it is easy to reach various culinary, needs, and entertainment. Places of worship, namely the mosque right in front of the hotel and Gresmall, the location can be reached by public transportation, namely the TransJatim bus. Water, both cold and warm, works well in the toilet, TV channels are abundant, both local and international, there is a coffee maker in the room besides an electric kettle and refrigerator (refrigerator), the mattress uses the King Koil brand whose quality is unquestionable for comfort in resting / sleeping. There are also laundry and airport transfer services provided by Aston Gresik, complete toilet amenities, the AC in the room is cold and can be adjusted to the cold temperature level. 1. Parking is a bit complicated, having to go upstairs to LT 7, especially on Saturdays or weekends when people are at the mall together, so it's congested. 2. The food menu has a wide variety... delicious. But unfortunately, for a 5-year-old child, my two children are still small, they were charged Rp 82,500, which I think is a bit expensive... while how much is a child, if only a little. 3. Clean place 4. The security guard at check-in was not very responsive, meaning they might be helpful to other people. 5. The swimming pool is great for kids.

Very comfortable, perfect for visiting Gresik. Located in the city center, close to GressMall and the Transjatim bus stop, it's easily accessible by pedestrians. The facilities are also quite complete: Wi-Fi, gym, spa, swimming pool, laundry, etc. The room is quite soundproof (though you can still hear sounds from the room next door/above). The staff are all very helpful and friendly. It's worth it for those visiting Gresik or staying there.
