this hotel is very modern hotel comparing to others in the city which mostly are still local. I like to stay here and always stay in this hotel everytime I come to Lombok. The breakfast is awesome.

I really love this hotel and their services. clean and minimalist style room. comfy bed and sheets. carpets along the corridor were clean and doesn't smell. clean pool, great spa, nice breakfast.

access to the city center is very close. the room is clean and the service is great. the kids can swim anytime and can upgrade the room too. next time will definitely stay here again

It was fun, everything was according to my expectations. The room was clean, the most favorite thing is that the drinking water is no longer in plastic bottles but in dispensers. So if you bring a tumbler, you can refill it as much as you like.

Most like staying in this pool view room, direct access to the pool, the pool is clean and often quiet so it's peaceful. The service is very good and the staff are friendly and agile, especially in the restaurant. Interestingly, Aston Inn Mataram also supports the eco-friendly program by providing a mineral water dispenser near the room floor elevator to reduce the impact of plastic bottle waste, so we can immediately take as much drink as we want directly using the pitcher/glass provided in the room.

I spent a lot of time in the parking lot. Besides being next to a red light, the space is also limited. The hotel staff were not very helpful, they seemed to be selective about which guests to help. Very unhospitable.

Check-in was fast, the staff was responsive & understanding when there was a problem, even though it was busy at that time. The room was comfortable, made me feel at home, the facilities were okay. The swimming pool was comfortable & safe for children to swim, the food was delicious. Breakfast was delicious, although not as varied as before. Check-out was also fast. Thank you...
