I checked in on April 8, 2025, around 9 pm..... As soon as I entered the room. I opened the blanket and found 4 strands of hair.. Were the sheets changed? Is it a hotel or inn standard? Is it a form of saving? In the bathroom, as I wiped my face with a towel. I also found 1 strand of hair. And in the hand soap place too... Is this the standard of Aston Inn? The food is delicious. I was disappointed with the standard of the room, the sheets were not changed. Dirty. I paid for it, not for free

The hotel staff is friendly. The location is close to souvenir shops. But far from the city center and malls. So it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center. The breakfast is standard, there are rice and side dishes, tek tek noodles, bread, coffee, tea, buryam, lontong sayur and eggs. The fruits are placed in the refrigerator, so the cold makes my teeth ache haha..

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff even though the receptionist was a bit nervous when I checked in (always made a mistake hehehe) but it's okay maybe because it was a long weekend so there were a lot of people queuing to check in. the location is quite strategic, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel environment is okay. the swimming pool and swimming towels are clean, but the women's toilet in the swimming pool the key can't be used to lock and the water takes a long time to flow. maybe it can be fixed soon. there are no tissues in the room either .. so far it's okay the kids like to stay there

I was disappointed because from the beginning they requested a connecting door, but never mind. There were used cotton buds that were missed to be cleaned, but never mind. The AC was not cold enough, and the next day it was a bit hot. But the food was delicious, and the room was clean and spacious so far. Just maintain and fix the shortcomings. ❤️
