The room is clean, tidy, comfortable, the staff is friendly, the drinks are complete, for smoking rooms there is an ashtray, all the electronic devices are working but unfortunately there is no hair dryer and the room AC is not cold enough even though it has been set to the lowest temperature. But the rest is still good.

The staff is fast response, the TV was replaced immediately. Towels were delivered. Although the room lights are yellow so it looks dark. If possible, the room lights are white and there are no windows so it looks bright, not dim.
