1. the room phone doesn't work properly, so you have to go downstairs to order food
2. the breakfast vegetables (tomatoes) are no longer fresh,
3. the staff at the dining area are not very friendly, need to improve their SLA

Telpon kamar utk layanan 3 hari 2 malam tidak berfungsi. Tidak disediakan hanger (harus request), tidak disediakan sandal hote (harus request), wastafel pipa nya lambat turun seperti ada yg sumbat (?) Sistem QC manajemen nya Bener-bener harus dievaluasi.

Room Amenities: I also regret that hangers and hotel slippers were not provided in your room and had to be requested in advance. We will ensure that in the future, all these basic amenities are available in every room without having to be requested. Washbasin: Regarding the slow-flowing washbasin issue, we will immediately instruct the maintenance team to check and fix any pipes that may be clogged. I greatly appreciate your feedback on our Quality Control (QC) system. Evaluation and improvement of service quality is our priority, and we will take steps to ensure that such incidents do not recur. The receptionist + restaurant service is very, very bad! Not friendly, hard to smile / GRUFFY, like there is no soup even though this is a hotel like Aston! Noisy with music, the rice cooker is no longer suitable for an Aston class + DIRTY.

Noise and Cleanliness: Regarding the noisy music and the unsuitable and dirty condition of the rice cooker, we will review our policy regarding the volume of music in public areas and check and repair the equipment in the restaurant to ensure its cleanliness and suitability.
