Nice and clean room. Cool air conditioner unit and perfect hot shower make my day. Breakfast was OK and a bit crowded but overall was good.

Friendly staff, spacious room, variate breakfast menu, magnificent city view in premier room. The only thing you need to take care is your security at B1 in front of lift, they keep busy playing their mobile phone while people come and go, didn't they suppose to check coming guest from B1 lobby? I accidently left my pants and they send it immediately to my address at the same day (4 thumbs up for your hospitality) After all, can't wait for my next staycation in Aston Simatupang.

Perfect place for staycation, always staying at Premier Club Lounge. Working space were great, Wi-Fi pretty much helpful, mini bar were okay. Variety for breakfast and room service worth to try 👍

This hotel has a high-level service and facility. But seems this hotel is intended for people in business trip. However, I and my family were very satisfied staying there. In terms of the service during the pandemic, we also felt protected by the policy of the hotel. Hopefully we can have another opportunity for another staycation with this hotel

It’s our second visit during pandemic time and we are always impressed by the way Aston execute the new normal procedures. We feel safe and comfortable. All staff are helpful and breakfast are amazing. The pool is very well maintained and great. We enjoy our family staycation and will surely coming back.

When I conveyed the shortcomings in the room, the hotel staff immediately responded and fixed it, and it is very rare for a hotel to make it easy for its guests when checking in even though it is not time yet and even if it is late check out, they are also very humble.

The intention was to bring the child for a staycation here, choose a non-smoking premier room, but when we arrived the room was hot and the AC was not cold at all, we were sweating, and we were forced to move to a smoking room that smelled of cigarettes, even though we brought a small child.

The hotel atmosphere is clean and comfortable, there is a paid luggage wrapping according to the size of the suitcase so that when you arrive at the airport you can immediately put your suitcase in your personal luggage.

Very extraordinary service for all staff on duty. A little story, the room next to mine at that time (probably) was visited by friends/family from outside in quite a large number, so that a loud noise was heard which was quite disturbing my night's rest. After complaining, I requested to be moved to another room.
I just realized that I was moved to a more comfortable and bigger room (upgraded) at that time, best!
