location close 10 minutes to the airport. across a little walk near the pharmacy. next to the hotel there is a children's tourist attraction transstudiopark. get free entrance tickets from the hotel the kids are immediately happy. what is lacking is the AC in the restaurant area during breakfast they said it was being repaired. so when eating it was hot and stuffy so it was uncomfortable. hopefully it will be fixed soon. and PS in the kids room they also said it was being repaired even though the kids wanted to play yesterday. and the pool area where the kids play the shower is dead. need to be paid more attention

Stayed in a non-smoking road view room. Turns out the sound from outside is quite audible. The TV set is still a bit old school hehe maybe because the location is on an island. The toilet is clean, the bed is comfortable although the room ambiance is also old school. What I didn't expect was in-room dining, it was a bit funny because the FO didn't have a softcopy for the room dining menu while they put a barcode on the menu and it couldn't be accessed. The food that was ordered took a long time to come out, it took more than 45 minutes. Sad, for the price I paid. Hope there are improvements for a hotel like Aston even on a small island.

This is not good experience stay in Aston Tanjung Pinang, I stay there because i have to attend funeral..
When i come to the room the AC is not cold, i complaint for the AC but the staff not coming until more than 1 hours because we are tired so we not follow up again..there is lipstick on the glass,the bed sheet is dirty my body itchy, a lot of dust in mini bar, the carpet is dirty..
I booked Aston because i know the facilities is excellent and i dont mind if the price little bit expensive but what i got a Zonk & worst

The receptionist was not very friendly. I had requested a connecting room because I was staying with a child, but they didn't give me a full explanation, and they also gave me rooms that weren't next to each other, so it was really uncomfortable. Just once. Thanks.
