Good hotel to spend with family during this pandemic. I stay with my family. We enjoy staying at this hotel. Good services. We ordered some food and drinks by gofood/Grabfood and the reception was willing to receive the orders. Room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good though not many choices.

I've stayed at Suite Room for 2 days. Room is spacious, modern look and new furnitures with large tv.. Breakfast not bad, but have to more tasty for food and food varieties could be improve .. unfortunately no welcome drink, other hotels provide welcome drink. Staffs are kind and helpful.. overall is Good.

Clean room, varied cakes. The breakfast was delicious, coincidentally it was Eid so the menu included opor, the meat was very tender, delicious, only the krecek was not spicy enough. Suggestion for herbal medicine, add variations other than temulawak 😆 But overall all services are 10/10.

Breakfast has some things that are not allowed to be taken, every time you go out you always pay for parking. When checking out, you are asked about the parking problem, which is only free even though you have given your license plate number from the start.

Please fix the internet network, I called the receptionist asking why the network was like this, she said she would check it first and then call back, until I checked out there was no call back from the receptionist. I ordered a deluxe double room, the TV was not smart TV, and children's channels could not be accessed. The room is not soundproof, the sound of laughter from the next room can be heard. Breakfast tastes ordinary. The only help is that it is close to the SMS mall and cafe.
