The staff was friendly. I got nice service. They washed my car in the morning, it's free. I'm so impressed with that. I've got a room that has a broken door, I can't be locked. So, I moved to another room with a broken window. And both of the rooms had a bad smell, maybe caused by the AC. I think the management must control and fix the rooms so your customers will be secured and satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel does not provide towels, toiletries and drinking water in the room, the hot water is not warm, the air conditioning is not cold even though the temperature is 19 degrees.

stayed in a deluxe room last week, room 205 PLUS: get buffet breakfast, from 07.00-09.00 there is a tennis court, table tennis (only poorly maintained) there are 2 towels, get soap + shampoo (no toothbrush) there is a multipurpose building there is a swimming pool and lots of places to relax by the pool + shower after swimming there is a children's playground nice view behind the hotel can order food in the room, there is a menu list provided in the room MINUS: room 205 air conditioner does not feel cold (at night), feels a bit cold in the morning flush toilet seat is not strong, so you have to press it several times and wait for the water reservoir to fill up first the room cannot be locked from the outside, I don't know why in Augusta Sukabumi previously it also could not be locked from the outside, so when eating / leaving the hotel it is not locked at all because it really cannot be locked (if from inside the room there is a latch), no hot water (the receptionist said there is hot water in the bathroom starting from the VIP room and above), mines in the bed, on the right and left sides of the bed the inner springs of the bed are all facing upwards (dangerous for those who bring children and jump on the bed)

The facilities are complete, comfortable, satisfying, the service is top notch, there is a playground, kids and adult pool, sports area, fish therapy, restaurant, basically it is worth it for a family vacation or honeymoon couple, no need to go far to Bali

The hotel is an old hotel and the location is strategically on the side of the road across from the beach, but the room is wadidaw, the wardrobe is like in the KKN movie, the mattress is not really, the sheets look like they have never been changed #monangis, there is no hot water kettle, if you want hot water you have to go to a restaurant, it's complicated, oh my God, it seems like the electricity operational costs are low, the bathroom Hufft, the food is the first time I haven't had hotel breakfast. Evaluate the condition of the room again. As for the swimming pool and garden, they are nice and clean. This is the area I like the most. Hopefully it will be better in the future
