A great hotel to start with! The location is super good, even though it is not near the LRT, the placement is strategic with 3 nearby malls, two of it is reachable by foot. There are ample food stalls and convenience stores around the hotel. The nearest laundromat is only 5mins away, wash and dry only idr30 k (15 K for washing, 15k for drying). The room is super comfortable with a super comfortable bed, TV and console, sofa, office chair, work table, and free amenities such as coffee and tea. There is no refrigerator. They only have a cooler. So drinks in it won't get cold but remained cool. The toilet is a little bit sad. Though nicely made, the space is quite tight. The toilet has a Japanese seat bidet. Shower water is barely hot, more too warm. This hotel deserves to be visited. The staff are smiley and friendly. A good amount of security with lift access to levels requiring room cards.

Good place to stay for business trip because it is in center city of Palembang with several accesses to hotel...and there're a lot of local culinary restaurants that can be accessed by walk... One thing for sure, they supported us like providing printed document of our business need... Thanks, Batiqa.

Nice hotel, very strategic location, near centre city, near food center, near handicraft center "pasar kito", narrow bathroom, affordable price, nice breakfast, recommended especially for great location. Will back again.

The staff is not very friendly, only the security is friendly. The bathroom is slow to dry. Moreover, the receptionist seems to not need visitors.

arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and the front office service was fast and friendly. Asked for 2 adjacent rooms and was given a smoking room on the 9th floor. Room 909 was no problem but 908's air conditioning wasn't that cold. But we were happy because we could see the view of the Ampera Bridge from the room. Strategic location. Close to everywhere. The only thing lacking is the security team who are indifferent and unhelpful. Never mind smiling. Male and female security are the same. Parking is difficult and often causes traffic jams on the road in front of the hotel

Easy check-in process, very pleasant room, nice surrounding, many choices of Palembang culinary and others around the hotel, minimarket nearby, ATM quite close and not too far from the center of Palembang City. Love it.

Thanks to Batiqa Hotel for a short, sudden vacation, but we were lucky to get a good hotel with a nice and clean room for our comfortable rest and we were lucky again to get an upgrade to a suite.

The staff service is very unprofessional and irresponsible, I had a food delivery from a relative that was left at the hotel and delivered in my name and room number, but the hotel did not deliver the delivery to my room and also did not inform me, so when our family arrived in Jakarta the sender asked about the delivery of the goods then we called and complained to the hotel, the hotel turned on the sender, clearly on the package there was the recipient's name and room number and there was absolutely no apology from the hotel, next to Palembang this hotel is no longer our family's choice

even though this time the hotel is quiet. please take care of the maintenance. I got a bed that was not flat, the AC was not cold enough. . the taste of the food was really salty, and the massage facility if it is only open in the afternoon, mention it... it's useless to have banners everywhere but not open

I have been a regular customer of Batiqa in several areas in Indonesia, but it turns out that the one in Palembang is not very friendly, especially not helping with parking for hotel guests, there are also few breakfast variations, and there are also lots of flies on wet cakes.
