The room spacious, breakfast delicious. But what I wanted to highlight are, the staff were really nice and understanding. This hotel provide wheelchair. And the bathroom were spacious enough for me who have limited mobility. Also the parking area to lobby and room, for me even though challenging, I can get there. I really hope someday I can come here again at better condition because I like stayed here.

The room is clean, comfortable, the AC is cold, the only downside is that you get a room without a window. There are many food stalls around the hotel, if you want to buy snacks, it's easy, just go downstairs.

Location near culinary, under the hotel there is a supermarket that is always crowded. The room is not soundproof, there is a wedding event so it is noisy. Parking must leave the key and the car will often be moved back and forth.

I like staying at this hotel, the room is clean, the breakfast is also quite delicious, especially the fried rice, in front of and next to the hotel there are many culinary places, it's not difficult to find food, there is a minimarket downstairs, next time I want to stay at Bonnet Hotel again when I go to Surabaya 👍🏻😊

It was an amazing experience from the moment I arrived until check out. It was unbelievable professional, well done to the crew at the front office, restaurant crew (that unbelievable friendly and attention to the details, bravo!), housekeepers, security staff, they are very well trained.
