Cleanliness is lacking, maybe because of Lebaran so there is a surge of guests. Stayed 4 days 3 nights, the sheets were not changed at all. Food also runs out quickly and refills are a bit slow.

The staff were friendly, but there was lack of service management. In this case, the bath towel was not ready in time, you have to wait the bath towel around an hour. And I think, the hotel supposed to provide the same service to all rooms type without differentiating.

Hotel staff answer like robots, can't provide solutions. Often stay here ask for additional things, the staff always answer unprofessionally, The staff should be trained 2x, both front liners or whatever, so that the hotel in Purbalingga can be considered classy. It's a shame that a hotel with more facilities than hotels in Purbalingga is not balanced with skilled and agile workers. In fact, the staff seem slow, especially in the restaurant, and the receptionist who can't provide alternatives to customers if asked. It's a shame

The staff is friendly, the hotel is also quite clean, the AC is not cold enough in my opinion. The food is not really tasty. The noodles are soft, the chicken is broken. The fritters are really hard 😅

The staff is friendly and all helpful. The cleanliness of the room is good, the AC also works. The food is okay. Things that need to be improved are instructions provided to turn on the TV so that you don't have to call the staff. The rest is OK, keep it up.

For breakfast, it turns out that a 6-year-old child has an additional charge of IDR 50,000. We accidentally broke a toothbrush glass in the bathroom and had to pay IDR 85,000 for a replacement.
