Check in at midnight, no toiletries for the bathroom. After calling for almost 30 minutes, no one came, called again and then they delivered it. Very slow! 4-star class food does not meet expectations, tasteless and minimal variety. Please upgrade.

Lack of variety for breakfast, for a 4 star, there are too few variations. I have requested for twin beds, but it turns out I got a king bed. The reason for that type is only a king bed. 😏
