The room is quite spacious, there is a sofa too, the room cleanliness is standard, clean sheets & towels, cold AC. Hot water is smooth. The price is cheaper to take from the application than directly to the hotel.

It's quite good, for the price of 350 thousand you can get a room with AC + water heater, the bed is also big and soft, the downside is that the cafe closes at 10 o'clock so you can't order food if you're hungry at night

The bedroom lights were off and there was no follow up from the hotel staff, the bathroom was dirty and clogged, there was no tissue, the condition of the room was very outdated, making it uncomfortable to stay in.

often staycation in Garut, this time try staying at Bukit Alamanda in the Acasia Building Suite
over all ok, the view and atmosphere around the hotel are ok. Room facilities should be improved such as towels, blankets should be bought new ones, because the color is no longer okay, the door handles of the room and bathroom are already broken and need to be replaced, hotel slippers are not provided even though the cold atmosphere should be provided with slippers. not suitable if bringing elderly people because of the location up and down the stairs.

The hotel overall is very dirty and poorly maintained, very different from the photos. Damp towels, musty sheets and blankets, dirty bathroom, dirty pool. Not recommended.
