Beachfront location, the pool is not big but enough. Breakfast is okay, there is afternoon tea too. The food in the cafe is also worth it and the portions are big. Will come back again :)

Got takjil for breaking the fast, the breakfast menu has many choices, especially the taste is really good, the room is fragrant, spacious, the balcony area is good for hanging out and enjoying the sea view, the care on the 5th floor is also no less good, the swimming pool is also nice. Most worth it 🥰

the staff is friendly, the hotel is comfortable right in front of the beach, the room is spacious and comfortable, there is a terrace for hanging out, the view of the beach but blocked by trees, there is also a rooftop to see the sunset. one of the hotels can be used for the next repeat order

I ordered family room 105, the first time I ordered here from dozens of times to Pangandaran. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the parking attendant was friendly. Entering the room, it was fragrant and clean, the AC was good, the swimming pool was quite good. Because there was no mat in the bathroom, I asked for it because in this hotel, anything is done by WA, not by phone, so I asked for 2 mats via WA because the estimated 2-night stay with children going back and forth to the swimming pool would definitely make the room wet, slippery and uncomfortable. The mat came with the officer's answer, sorry, there is only 1 mat, there are no more 🙄 hello, this is a 3-star hotel! That's how many mats are given to guests who stay for 2 nights. If the answer is "sorry ma'am, the mat quota for 1 room is 1 for 1 day" I accept it because it is logical. This is an answer that doesn't make sense 🤭 if there is a chance to vacation here again, oh no, there are still many recommended hotels that don't count with mats 😂

The bedroom is quite spacious, with a balcony facing the beach, although from the second floor the beach atmosphere is covered by garden vegetation which also serves as a breakwater in case of a tsunami, the bed linen is shabby and the bathroom air enters the bedroom, breakfast in the room is not allowed, it's a shame that afternoon tea was missed and enjoyed at the restaurant on the fifth floor so that the beach view can be enjoyed quite clearly.
