Easy check-in & check-out process, one set, very fast. The staff is very reliable. 👍
The room & bathroom are comfortable, no problems at all. The breakfast is varied and all delicious. The only drawback is the small gym, but so far it can still be enjoyed. 🫡

The hotel staff is quite friendly, it's just that the expectation of the room for a city view but had to wait an additional 1 hour because of the cleaning process even though it was already 3 pm so it didn't become a city view. The rest is OK, the room is clean but there is no smart TV so only regular cable TV. The food is standard hotel buffet, the swimming pool is quite crowded but the staff are all friendly
