Actually, for that price, there are many that are better and more worth it. 1. The hotel room smells musty as if it was not checked before checking in. The pillowcases are full of white powder from the ceiling, the blankets are dirty white and musty, the sheets are also full of holes from cigarettes 2. There are cockroaches in the bathroom that come out and even get into the suitcase. There are no amenities provided, toothbrushes, toothpaste, even tissues, water and water. 3. Buying food outside, wanting to borrow cutlery, there are none at all. Wanting to make hot coffee, there are none at all, even paying can't. 4. But the value is the housekeeping or help with the TV, wanting to help ask for a change of sheets, etc., they are immediately replaced

Twin bed room without window. Booked 2 rooms. No bathroom equipment like most hotels. The room smells of cigarettes. There are cigarette butts and strands of hair on the floor. The mattress smells. The blanket has stains. Check out immediately 1 hour after checking in on the same day. Not proper as a 3-star hotel. Even better is Oyo or RedDoorz hotel. The pictures listed on Traveloka do not match reality. What a waste of money! Find another hotel. Not this one!

Lack of maintenance, when you first move in, the floor is already dirty with people's shoe marks, the TV is not working, some of the lights are also not working and there are lots of traces of fallen hair in the bathroom.

you can see for yourself, checkin takes so long at the receptionist, no one is on duty. the lift to the 2nd floor is broken, the room smells, is cramped, there are no toiletries. there are only towels and they are taken in plastic in the RCP. the sheets are a vague blue color like a boarding house room lol there is no TV, that's all lol

Really a very bad hotel that doesn't match what is in the photos in the application and Google reviews. The building is old, lacks repair, the wall paint is peeling, the bathroom is narrow and dirty, dust is everywhere and the smell of cigarettes is everywhere. Plus the staff is less than friendly and rude. I chose this hotel because it was close to the Catrine Surya swimming pool where my son took part in a swimming championship and had to leave early in the morning. I think if this hotel doesn't improve immediately, it will collapse because no more guests will want to stay here.

The sound from the next room sounded noisy. The spray/slimit has a lot of stains. The towel smells like the cloth is not dry enough or smells damp. Can't get mineral water, tissue. The size of the room is not spacious enough.
