recommended hotel for family and couple, near from restaurants and historical building, strategic place and homey, breakfast menu is tasty and have various menu, the pool was great at roof top with city view, the hotel provide bicycle so we can around the city with bike, overall it was awesome experience, will go there again for next trip

Sorry for the late review. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly, the check-in process is fast, the breakfast has many menu choices and is delicious. Strategic location, easy to find delicious culinary.

Ordered a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. It smelled of cigarettes in the morning. The smell was so pungent it made me cough. When I complained, the reason was that all the non-smoking rooms were full. There was only 1 smoking room left. Honestly, when I checked in, all of them were full, so I cancelled. Disappointing. The location and cleanliness were pretty good.

I only give minor comments on improvements to the swimming pool area; It would be best if it could be designated as a non-smoking area. Remembering that there are many small children, mothers and fathers who swim who don't smoke. And if even one person smokes, it ruins the atmosphere in the swimming pool area. It would be better if the hotel could dare to side with people who don't smoke, which of course is more than people who smoke in public areas such as the swimming pool area and in front of the hotel.
