I’ve been staying at this hotel for many times.. no regret at all, cause this is one of the best option I get. Great hotel with cheap price, near to Simpang Lima and CitraLand Mall. Clean room, AC and water heater all great. Just the parking is small so I had to move my car outside the hotel. Overall great. Thank you Citrip! Would love to come back soon.

Very happy to stay at the Citrip hotel and will definitely come back again. The room is very clean, tidy and the bathroom is also very clean.. The AC is very cold The hot water for bathing is also good.. Very satisfied and only 5 minutes walk to Simpang Lima. And right in front of the hotel there is a good cafe for breakfast.. The staff is very friendly, his name is Mozar, he really helped me in finding information for transportation.

The AC is poorly maintained. The bathroom faucet needs to be replaced. And the parking lot needs to be expanded to accommodate more cars because so many people stay there during the long weekend.
