Cockroach in bedroom, exhaust in bathroom not working (already reported, staff said it is what it is), key to open room 90% of the time error and had to come back to receptionist. Main lamp in bedroom not functioning

The quilt cover dirty. It looks like old sheet yellowish. Same with the towel yellowish.

The best hotel in town. The best location, not crowded. Friendly staffs. Very clean.

We had a nice stay here for two nights. I was quite impressed with the large swimming pool in the middle of hotel area, it was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed morning swims there. The room was quite large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom area was also clean and spacious. I had good rests at night. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Especially during check in and check out. Restaurant was great for breakfast, had indoor and outdoor area. Food were good with choices of local delicacies. There was a convention hall within the hotel area. The access to lobby was a little crowded when we arrived since there was an event in the convention hall. I guess a bit of traffic rearrangement can be done during such busy hours. Overall it was a good experience staying in this hotel

Small bed compare to other 4 stars hotels

Frontline staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. The restaurant looks very good ambient.
