Staying for a staycation with family, the check-in process is fast, the kids don't get bored while waiting for check-in because there is a playground, the room is neat, there is refillable mineral water outside the room, there is a welcome drink, the refrigerator is not cold 😄, the AC is perfectly cold, the kids are happy while swimming because there is a playground too. The bathroom is clean, there is a hairdryer, there are many choices of delicious food for breakfast. Next, if I have a staycation in Purwokerto again, I will stay here, because it is very kids friendly. 💛

I've stayed here 3 times, I've tried 3 types of rooms. But the suite room is actually not very clean, the water is not hot enough and the water tap in the bathtub has a very small flow, waiting for it to fill up can take hours. My previous 2 experiences staying here gave me good reviews, but sorry for this time, I'm hesitant to come back again.

There are many things that need to be improved in this hotel. Starting from the taste of the food, the cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom and the comfort of the AC in the room. The smell of the room is damp, the room temperature is not cold, the bathroom smells bad. I will not choose this hotel for my next business trip.

I was traveling during Ramadan fasting month with my wife and five kids to Purwokerto and arrived early at Luminor around 12 pm. We just needed to wait around 30 minutes and the reception staff allowed us to check in early, that's really helpful because we are traveling with a 5-month-old baby. Room cleanliness is excellent. We went down to the restaurant on the ground floor at 3 am and all the foods were good. And also strategic location nearby the city center and train station.

I've said I'm staying tonight, but since the basement parking lot is already full, the guards said they will put my motorcycle soon after the break-off-fasting attendees are gone. Just leave it unlocked. Well, thanks for it, but when I checked the parking lot at 9 pm, many spots were already available, so finally I got myself moving it into the basement parking lot. Thank you. Other than that, the hotel ambiance is just amazing.

I happened to stay during the fasting month but for breakfast options for non-fasting people, there was only a rice buffet + dessert left over from sahur, egg station etc. were no longer available even though there were quite a lot of non-fasting people having breakfast at that time. It would be better if even fasting people still provided breakfast for those who bought a room with breakfast because I believe that fasting or not, it is the hotel's obligation to provide breakfast according to the provisions for customers who pay for breakfast. If I had known it would be like this, I would have been better off buying a room without breakfast / staying at another hotel that might have better service for all customers, regardless of the fact that Luminor wins in terms of access near the city center and Ritamall. It could be better. Thank you
