Luxury Hotels in Batam, Indonesia

Good choice with good price and best service.

I spent 5 days in total here. Facilities quite old in my opinion. Lift quite scary. Staffs are great. Food also nice. The towels could be cleaner, but it was okay. Overall 4/5 for me.

The hotel is old. Front desk staffs are not so friendly. The carpet with cigarette holes, linen with holes and not white anymore, arm chair’s cushion broken and smelly and chair with cigarette hole, are all worn out. Need renovation. Close to harbour bay mall, but the mall it self almost empty. Good that there is a supermarket. Close to other mall but hard to find reliable taxi in Batam, dominated by unregistered taxi who charge unreasonable fare.

Room is old, no hot water shower shower. Found bathroom dirty especially at the corner area.

The bathroom shower is very small and sharp, so quite hurt your skin especially the face. And no fridge in the room. But so far so good, since the location just beside the ferry terminal and around the mall that a lot of restaurants. And the price is very good.

Toilet dirty mosquitos and smelly

This is our 2nd time at same family suite room. This time the main bedroom shower place was choked after a bath but it was quickly rectified by the hotel staffs. The common toilet door still remain unfixed as per last visit last year. Overall it is still a spacious (for 2 adults & 2 kids with two king beds) and clean hotel to stay in.

One of the best Hotel in Batam! Or maybe the best! 👍👍. I have a good experience of staying in this hotel. They have a lot of parking space, make it easy to park our car 🚗. The room? Wow really really really comfortable and enjoyable 😍 🛏️🛋️. The Air Conditioner worked nicely and so good 👍. Also, I book a room which have a bathtub and I really like it, the hot water works properly 👍🛁. The price? Not so expensive 👍💵. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel for those people who wants to stay or having a holiday in Batam. 10/10 👍👍❤️❤️
