Everything is in good order for a long stay.

Book for non-smoking room. But they give smoker room which the smell of tobacco are too strong. The bathroom too shitty for the cleanliness. Towel are yellow stained and tore at some area. Some area too dust. Overall. Should give minus 10 of rate.

Wonderful stay in The Zuri Dumai. Nice room and good food. Clean, comfortable, and complete amenities. Definitely will come back again later!

Really good hygiene and sanitation, hospitality and the food kind of good. Love it.

Warm, friendly and hospitable staff. Good location as within walking distance to city centre. However, breakfast selections should be expanded to include omelette dishes (or upon request). Rice was wet (almost like half-cooked porridge, not sure whether it was meant to be eaten this way). Room (311) was near lifts, which made sleep difficult as they made loud sounds to allow guests to enter/exit.

The Bathroom is dirty and when we are going to take a bath, we have to stand in the bathub. The closet also very dirty, and the room are like cigarette factory.

Sayang banget, sprei dan selimut bau dan bercak2 kotor. Kamar mandinya tidak dibersihkan masih banyak sisa rambut di drainage nya.
