The room is not soundproof, cannot access the elevator, from the 3rd floor to the lobby must go down the stairs. Toiletries are not provided, towels must be requested and are already torn and not suitable for use. Midnight until dawn noisy people walking around not knowing what to do. Not recommended for those who bring small children.

I like the hotel, it's comfortable. But I have a fair suggestion, so that in the future it can be given more attention, regarding room 311, please clean the mattress, my body has been bitten by fleas. At 4 am I asked to move rooms, fortunately they gave me one, I'm comfortable with the place. The wifi is fast, the hot water is good, and please make it clean again, so that everyone feels at home, I hope that's the last incident. In the future, all rooms and mattresses will be cleaned again every day, spray everything with insect repellent spray.

We're kind of regular visitors here. My Dutch best friend loves staying here during his holiday in Bandung. He likes the staff friendliness and fast service when ever he requested for assistant. The wifi connection needs improvement though. Overall, it 's a cool place to stay. Keep improving yaa Montameri.

Parking is very small and difficult, especially for motorbikes. The staff asked for towels from noon until night before they were available, on the grounds that they were in the laundry? When the towel arrived, it smelled and was very dull... What! There wasn't any bath soap and shampoo, you asked for it only in the middle of the night, it was delivered to your room and you were given it for just one day? Hello, I'm staying for 2 nights and two. Please improve the service and quality!

The room was not clean, there were cigarette butts that were not cleaned by the hotel staff, the sheets were dirty and there were fleas that caused itching on my hands, the lights were dim, the hotel equipment was not (soap, shampoo) the hot water was not on. the only plus was that it was close to the city, the pillows were yellow as if they had not been washed, the towels were very bad.

Wow, I really didn't expect that there would be a Murce hotel in the middle of Bandung. Don't really expect it, it's cheap, easy access everywhere. Anyway, if we go to Bandung, we will come back here again, because we really like to stay for a long time.

Super duper disappointed. Prices are indeed cheap. But still basic as a room provider must be improved. Things that really disappointed: 1. The room lights were dim. 2. The mattress is very thin. 3. There is no bed cover when staying overnight, there is a blanket like a bed sheet. 4. There are no toothbrush toiletries, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and others. 5. Towels like mops are dirty and have holes in them. 6. The toilet sink is leaking. 7. The water heater does not turn on. 8. The bathroom door cannot be closed. 9. Loose cupboard doors often open by themselves. 10. The AC is noisy. 11. The room telephone does not work. 12. Toilet water smells bad. Very disappointed.

Yesterday, when booking at the weekend, it was a bit expensive. Then what wasn't good was the mattress and pillows, when I put them in the room, it seemed like they hadn't been replaced, the smell of someone else's use hadn't been replaced. Overall the food service is delicious! I give 8 points.
