Friendly staff, for the hotel restaurant does not sell food only drinks such as coffee & beer. Standard room. For entertainment in the room only WiFi, TV no Netflix. Only regular television broadcasts. Airport shuttle service available. Very helpful

This hotel is only suitable for smokers. Not suitable for those who bring small children. Because the smell of cigarettes sticks to the blanket, pillowcase, so it is uncomfortable for people with respiratory tract, let alone allergies. I have informed the staff to ask for another room but the staff's information is the same, all are non-smoking.

I booked a business room with a single bed and had requested a smart TV, but instead I got a twin bed. When I complained about the full room, suddenly the room was swapped with an economy room because I complained about the bed. Very DISAPPOINTED

It was a pleasure to stay again at this hotel, the hotel staff were really friendly, and very helpful during the check in and check out process. The breakfast menu, although lacking in variety, was suitable for the price of the room. Then for the breakfast menus served were also very delicious. The room and bathroom were clean, the wifi was also smooth. Thank you very much for the service during my stay there, there was a lot of progress, and please maintain it.

Actually, in terms of location, it is very affordable if you want to go to Kualanamu Airport. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the air conditioning is cold, and the WiFi is also smooth. However, the drawback is that during the check-in process, the staff on duty at the reception were not very friendly, and the breakfast menu had very few variations and was not very tasty 🙏🏻🙏🏻
