the place is fun especially with kids because it's a very kids friendly place.. just a suggestion, the swimming pool area needs to be painted again so it looks good and doesn't look shabby and scary 🙏 the cleanliness of the rooms is okay, the facilities are also okay, the food is also delicious, the service is also friendly 😁

stayed here for 2 days with children, many places for outdoor activities with children, from riding a boat in front of the room, walking around feeding rabbits, birds, goats to the end of the hotel there is a playground area, although it can still be renovated.
stayed in the Sundanese room on the 1st floor, at night you can always hear footsteps from the 2nd floor room. at night you can often hear the noisy exhaust sound from motorbikes passing in front of the hotel. . The 1st floor room has direct access to the lake, but the door does not have a safety lock, so if you bring children, you have to be extra careful, so that children do not open the access door to the lake. [finally, we guarded it with the available wooden clothesline]
on the second night of staying, the lights went out and did not turn on immediately with the generator, to the front lobby, there was no one. as a result it was dark from 12 midnight to 1.30 in the morning.

Stayed in Sunda type, the mattress was very unusable, it sank in the middle, it was difficult to get up. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were very good. The view was amazing.

Staying at Dariza with family for 2 nights during Eid holiday, there are some things we want to share:
1. The snacks we ordered from coffee in the afternoon tasted quite good, the portions were large and the prices were cheap.
2. Breakfast food, hard fried chicken and cap cay vegetables were overcooked, the spoons and forks ran out and had to wait a long time, the food that ran out also had to wait a long time to be refilled. There were not many variations of food, but the price for adult breakfast was a bit expensive, 130 thousand for adults and 65 thousand for children.
3. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, there were traces of coffee spills drying under the tray where the glasses and cups were not cleaned, there were traces of shaving tools under the room's TV, and small ants in the living room area.
4. Cleanliness of the bathroom, for the bathroom under the shower there were spider webs, in the bathroom above there were also spiders on the glass separating the shower and toilet.
The water in the lower bathroom comes out of a small shower and the hot water takes a long time to come out
5, The upper bathroom slot cannot be locked, and the room lights are off, but the hotel is quick to fix and replace them.
6. The hotel's strategic location is close to the city and the facilities are quite complete, there is a hot water swimming pool and there are boats in each room and water bikes that can be used to go around the lake are quite entertaining for families

For the hotel atmosphere is actually good, friendly staff, food prices are not expensive, walking around at sunset or sunrise is quite calming even though the walking area is not too wide, soaking in warm water can be done in the bathroom without having to go to the pool and the cleanliness of the room is clean only the bathroom smells a little maybe some fragrance can be added in the bathroom if there is a booking.
For me, what makes it uncomfortable is the soundproofing problem in the room facing the highway. The noisy sound of motor vehicle exhausts can be heard continuously until 12 at night. During the day, the sound of dogs being tortured is heard being put in a pickup truck across the street in the open field (it turns out that illegal dog catching in Garut still exists). Maybe the resort can report to the authorities regularly so that guests can be more comfortable.

because the hotel next door was full so I stopped here. Nice view, spacious area with adequate parking space. cleanliness of the room and toilet needs to be improved, lighting tends to be dim especially in the stair area. food and breakfast tend to be less tasty. But... for that price I think it's really okay. definitely coming back.
