Nice hotel, aesthetic, similar to Castel. Friendly staff. Location and place close to restaurant. Unfortunately there is no elevator if you get a room on the upper floor, but coincidentally the family is still okay to climb the stairs. In the hotel you can shop boutiques, buy bags and t-shirts and clothes.

Really regret staying at this hotel, got a horror and scary room, not according to expectations. How is the receptionist? Even though the other rooms were still empty but given a scary and dark room, dim lights. Open the window no light comes in, damp, really not good. The bathroom is also dirty, not recommended if you bring small children.

Executive premier balcony room but got a view of the highway, very noisy when vehicles pass by because it is not soundproof. All night long motorbikes pass by until I can't sleep because I'm startled by the sound of motorbikes.

Check-in time on rainy days no umbrellas are provided. Such an old hotel is very expensive. The room smells a bit musty. Additional cancellations are subject to expensive rent.

Booking includes breakfast, but when checking in it is considered without breakfast, when asked to check again the meal voucher is immediately given. The room smells/stuffy. The room key is still primitive (turn key). Advice for other prospective customers: do not book online (for example via the app), it is not considered in this hotel. Will be given a less comfortable room with the excuse of being renovated. #JustChooseOther.

I booked a junior suite room during the national holiday. I got a room on the 1st floor number 111, there is a terrace to sit in front of the room and close to the swimming pool for adults. The room lighting is very dim because it uses all yellow lights and it seems the wattage is small.
The floor is a bit damp, maybe I went there during the rainy season and the effect of the floor material which is made of some kind of wood, not ceramic or granite. I was a bit surprised when I found a dead cockroach near the room window. The TV in the room is old and there are lines on the screen. Maybe it's better to replace it, because for a suite room it's not worth it.
The bathroom is clean, but it smells a little like a full septic tank, so I honestly feel uncomfortable. My suggestion is to add an automatic air freshener or a larger exhaust fan. This junior suite has a clean bathtub and can use a shower even though the lever is a bit hard when it is lifted.
The food is delicious and affordable, you can also get a discount given at check-in, namely in the form of a coupon/voucher. during breakfast the menu is also quite varied, it's just that because the area is outdoor, so there are many ants and leaves falling on the dining table.

So far so good, the hotel is nice, comfortable, there is a swimming pool and a place to relax. There is a boutique and cafe too. The service is good, friendly, okay. Just a suggestion for superior rooms with shower bathrooms, it's better not to use curtains, but use glass because the floor becomes muddy.
