top mantap is the best. the facilities are not inferior to more expensive 3 star hotels. cold air conditioning, hot and cold shower, good TV + free snacks in the room which from the beginning I thought were paid like in most hotels, eh it turned out to be free and when checking out you can wrap it up for provisions on the trip. thank you for the friendly & satisfying service.

The location is very good, it's close and easy to go anywhere. Near the mall area, so it's easy to go shopping, and if you want to go to tourist areas, it's also easy, the distance between them is only about 30 minutes. The room is also clean, comfortable and very quiet even though it's in the middle of the city.

Overall okay. The room is comfortable and clean. The AC and water heater work well. Very close to Pakuwon Mall. The parking lot is quite spacious. The downside is that the space for praying is very tight and the corner of the bed is a bit sharp.

It was beyond my expectations to stay at Diva, because the room was really clean, the bathroom was okay, the towels smelled nice, the AC was cold, and because I brought a small child, what made it comfortable was the friendly staff and I was allowed to check in early because the little one was already sleepy.

Good and friendly service. Cheap and delicious food around the hotel. Overall, it's the CHAMPION!. Clean rooms, good communication with the staff and responsive. Overall, the service is good. If I go to Jogja again, I want to stay here again.

The room facilities are really worth it at an affordable price. However, it was quite unfortunate because we booked a deluxe room but when we checked in we were given a superior twin room, on the grounds that the rooms were all full. And we had to wait approximately 30 minutes in the lobby because the room was not ready. Even though we arrived at the place at 14.30. Then the room is also not soundproof, so the sound of people from outside the room can be heard clearly in the room, disturbing sleeping comfort. For cleanliness, it's very okay. The location is also very good, because it is right behind Pakuwon Mall, just walk 5 minutes to the mall. Hopefully the service can be improved again. 🙏☺.
