I had stay because of people reviews the swimming pool is very spacious and very friendly for the kids. First impressions is amaze with the lobby and service from front office staff during check in, very straightforward and clear. Check in at 12.45 and within 15 minutes got the room key. Room is amazing and lighting is perfect. During breakfast the menu is a lot of choices and taste great. The kids station is bigger than other hotel and very friendly for the kids. The best is swimming pool is very spacious for kids and family friendly. My kids is very happy to stay here. Will comeback next available time.

Amazing hotel! The location is strategic, and it's within walking distance of a train station, a cinema, a convenience store, a Starbucks, KFC, and various options of street foods and vendors. There is a coffee shop as well in-situ with great options of dining in their main restaurant and room service. The room is well-maintained and clean, with great views of the Jakarta cityscape. The swimming pool is big with lots of trees and an in-pool bar. The gym is also very nice. The spa is fantastic, and they managed to obtain the CHSE certification so that you can feel relaxed about their health protocols. The kids club is very spacious with many toys and activities for children. The only downside is the number of elevators, so waiting for elevators during breakfast hours can be a bit long. The parking spots are vast, and you can order online food services, but you have to pick it up from the basement parking lot. I will stay here again! Kudos to the staff for making we stay a fantastic experience!

When check-in no delay, no waiting too long, all in line and smooth process even though I pay in the hotels, also the staff so friendly and so welcome makes me even feels better, the welcoming cookies also warm and good, at noon I tried going down to the restaurant for dinner, at that time they are full book. But the staff give me great service so I can still have my dinner even though I do not have a book before. It's been a great experience. The next day I tried breakfast in the room. Also, they prepare it so well so I can enjoy my breakfast in my time and in my room. Hope I can see them again. Hope I can stay at this hotel again. Really awesome service guys. Thank you

the staff was very friendly, the room is standard, but i think nice and sufficient. there is a playground and kids activities for children, and swimming pool. breakfast is quite complete. there is a restaurant in the hotel along with a cafe.

Great stay - my only complaint is because we can not stay long for breakfast, we asked for take away tea / coffee - but the waiter said it can not be serve that why …
