I extend my stay n my room was upgraded to the executive one. But the extended day wasn’t included. I was outside when i got the info that unfortunately i have to move all my stuffs inside my room because they can’t gv me the upgrade room anymore. So since I couldn’t make it back to the hotel, the staffs moved my things with my special request that a female one should do it since i have some private items. They send me a video while doing it to my WA, such an amazing gesture. Very recommended hotel to stay since its super clean n spacious also the prices is affordable. So far, I didn’t see much difference between deluxe n executive. I feel like only the bathroom of executive little bit bigger but just a little, thts all. Shampoo & shower gel is provided as well as 2 toothbrushes. The 2 towels also found clean & white. All staffs was amaaaaaziiingg!!!

I Booked deluxe but got upgraded by Ms.Bety
My room no was 302, way in the corner. I had 2 big luggages, the type of the carpet makes me so tired to drag them. I think more proper carpet should do. The room was spacious enough n clean as well. But unfortunately, the 2 tea spoons was so dirty. All The hotel staff was so welcoming and friendly especially Ms. Bety. Booked with breakfast but couldn’t make it. 13 minutes by car to tangcity mall. There is roti O, polo store & subway literally in the hotel. For sure will comeback again. Thaks team!! Great job.
