I stayed for 3 days with my kids. Very nice and comfortable hotel. The Hotel has a heated pool. The bellboy help me when I needed a hair tie and they looked for me for free. Very touching ❤️

We were so glad to experience this hotel. The service is better than other 4 stars hotel in Bandung. Their staff are so humble and nice, we got a complimentary to late check out, but they must give more variation menu for breakfast.

It was a great stay here. All ambiance are nice, not too crowded since it was PPKM but love how the room are neat and clean! All linen and bed sheet are very clean and no yellowish stain on it, same happened about the towel. The room floor bit dusty but still OK, really can understand. The swimming pool are nice too but strictly should wear swimming suits. The food also great. The porridge was so good, the Western style food like omelet and sausage also good. They also add extra charges for children from 5 to 12 yo for Rp. 50.000- and for adults for Rp 100.000-. The staff are kind and friendly, the health protocol was in good procedure. Very recommended to stay with kids too. Good Job El Hotel Royale Bandung! Keep it up!

4 star hotel feels like reddors, if you want to take a hot shower you have to wait for it to get hot hahaha funny, moving rooms because of the hot water, when you move rooms instead of getting better the hotel is even more chaotic, the problem is still the hot water is not flowing, the old hotel instead of upgrading it is downgraded. poor

The swimming pool is spacious. There is one for adults (1-2 meters) and one for children. The rooms are quite comfortable and clean. Breakfast is varied and quite tasty.
