The room is unexpectedly good. They have pretty complete amenities and the plus value is they're so close with Palembang Indah Mall so it's easy to hang out to get a coffee. The breakfast is good, overall this is the best budget hotel in Palembang

Hopefully this will be a lesson. I checked in at 3 pm and had to wait a while longer, especially since I brought 2 small children and the room should have been available because check-in time was at 2 pm.

Thank you Emelia Hotel Management Team. We were given the best facilities by upgrading without any additional, ordering Deluxe via the app was replaced with Grand. Awesome, spacious and comfortable room. Food is ok, varied and delicious. Maximum service. Especially the day security on duty during our stay, always ready to park very friendly. Recommended to stay again. 2nd time yesterday 2 nights. Best service.

I have stayed here for 4 days. In a suite room. This is my 5th time coming to Palembang and staying here. Everything is okay, highly recommended. My child keeps asking for Emilia because the pasta is delicious. But for the past 4 days, the pasta is dull, lacking flavor, and the spaghetti is sticky/sticky with almost no visible smoke beef and paprika, more like the noodles. The sushi and dimsum are still the best. There is no choco crunch even though that's what the children like, hopefully it will be available again in the future. And all the pasta dishes are like before, with a delicious taste and full beef.

the restaurant staff is not friendly and has no manners, in fact on the 2nd day of Eid al-Fitr 2025 the service was really bad and traumatized my family who lived there, even my child no longer wants to eat at this Emilia restaurant because the waiter traumatized him. I just sat down to accompany my family for breakfast and was thrown out by force and the price was very unreasonable.

I stayed here for 1 night and took 2 rooms. Previously, my room was spacious, a deluxe class with a guest chair, no. 417. But the AC wasn't cold. I was moved to another small room, 23 m2, superior class. Because there was no guest chair, no. 419. I complained, they said it was a deluxe room too. I was a bit disappointed because the other room belonged to my friend and was as big as my previous room 😇. It didn't match the room description on Traveloka.
