Love the hotel. Cooler than it looks in the photo. Room with a balcony overlooking the pool (although the balcony space is rather narrow). The pool is super big. Like the separate bathroom design between the toilet and shower, the sink design is also super cool. Fast WiFi, complete TV channels, comfortable beds, work space, and sofas and relaxing tables make you feel at home. The location is also adjacent to the galeria Bali mall.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The price is affordable and located next to the shopping mall. The hotel has always been one of our favorite places to stay overnight around Denpasar.

A hotel that is directly connected to Mall Bali Galeria. Close if you want to go to the airport. The hotel is clean, comfortable. All staff are very helpful and make guests feel safe and comfortable. Suitable for those who bring children too. In every corridor of the room there is always music, so it feels comfortable to go out of the room especially at night

good for those who are lying down, if you want to eat or shop, just go to the complete Galeria mall. M Mart is on the right side of the hotel, close to 24 hours and easy access to the airport. The room is clean and comfortable, the pool is also clean. The food is okay, there are lots of variants for breakfast

it was a long holiday, so the hotel was full and crowded. the air conditioner was very cold in the room on the 7th floor, we moved to the 3rd floor and were served well. the breakfast was varied even though there was a short waiting list. the location is close to the mall gallery

I always return to stay at Episodes. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The room is clean. Breakfast is good and quite tasty as well. It is connected to a shopping mall, although you have to go through the mall's parking area.
