The hotel is very clean and fragrant, all the staffs (even the securities and technicians!) are very friendly and proactive. The breakfast are delicious. What I admire most are they provide water in glass bottle, and they provide bicycles to stroll around. Keep up the great job.

Always stay here when I go to Jakarta. It's close to go anywhere. The room is comfortable, clean, and all the staff are friendly. I always come back here👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel is located near city center, so it’s a good choice for business traveller. If you bring your own vehicles, they provide free valet service. The room is clean and nice, and they have separated toilet and shower. They also have a rooftop bar, with affordable price and wonderful view.

We have a great experience in the hotel. Got fish pond in front hotel & you may ask staff to get fish pallets. We booked Family Room, very spacious, comfort & clean. During breakfast, the staff approach us to get our kids do some acrivity. Overall it's a great stay & definitely will come back here.

The best hotel during my stay. From the lobby it was clean and fragrant. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly and fast. Parking felt like I was in a 5-star hotel. From getting off the car to entering the lobby, I was assisted. So far, this hotel is the furthest. Erian is amazing. Keep it up. If I come back here, I will definitely come here again.
