The staff is amazingly friendly. Quick check-in process. When there is a problem with hot water, the staff is very helpful. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms is very good. A safety box is available to store valuables. Breakfast is also very good for the main course, although only 2 cakes and fruit menus are very varied. We were slow to check out because there was an unfinished business, and the hotel was very good with a tolerance of 1 hour. In general, one of the best hotels in Jambi with an affordable budget. Good job evan hotel. 👍

Don't really need to stay here, it's better to look for another hotel, I really regret staying here, every move is watched, 1 room can only accommodate 2 people, even if you bring a small child in a room of 3 (child, mother, and father) the hotel will charge you, you have to add more bad things and get charged, in all my time staying in this new hotel, I've found a hotel with really bad service

Comfortable and clean budget hotel. Friendly staff. I stayed here in a superior room then extended to a deluxe room for 8 nights. There is a laundry near the hotel. A typical Jambi city noodle restaurant, a pempek restaurant, a canteen with various delicious foods are also near the hotel. Overall the service at this hotel is good👍

The staff hotel are so humble, polite and prompt respon. My reason love this hotel is they have good attitude, we have complain about the dirty bed cover and the staff hotel change to new bed cover instant.
