The hotel staff is very helpful. I booked a few hours before check in time, requested a high floor and connecting room and my request was granted. I am very happy to stay at fave hotel Karawang. Friendly service, super duper clean room, breakfast is quite complete and all the food is delicious. I'm happy and my family too. I was stuck in a toll traffic jam on my way home, stopping in Karawang because I brought an elderly person and a toddler. Wow, thank you very much, fave hotel Karawang.

The motorbike parking area needs to be kept cleaner and the water drainage is better, because there is a lot of stagnant water and more lighting is needed because it is a bit dark.

Friendly hotel staff, good and nice room atmosphere and cleanliness, cold AC, security who are alert and ready to help when exiting the gate, Feedback: 1. Please increase the availability of non-smoking rooms because I feel cramped. when ordering a non-smoking room, I was given a smoking room so the smoke that still smells of cigarettes is very pungent 2. Availability of tissues in the hotel room to support when eating or cleaning something. 3. Increase discounts for room prices. that's all and thank you.

overall okay, good and quite satisfying. according to the price. the one that is a bit minus is the lack of air freshener in the room or lobby. especially the lobby room uses carpet, so it smells a bit musty old carpet because of the lack of air freshener.
