Excellent service. Even during pick season, the staff is still friendly. More important value from the staff is honest, my daughter left her new cellphone in bed in the morning but when we back in the afternoon it already on the table. Two thumbs. Connecting door rooms are available if ordered from a distance, and making our holidays perfectly.

Clean and comfortable room. Spacious enough. Care for Muslim tourists, there is a direction of Qibla. Sometimes there are Muslim tourists who do not understand how to use a cellphone compass for the direction of Qibla.

Nice Hotel, Nice location, Nice staffs, Nice Room, nice pool and Nice food. The only thing that surprised us was that there was no refrigerator in the room for us to keep food/snacks for anticipating the Nyepi and fasting activity. 🤭😁
