Sorry, but sadly this is the most unpleasant fave we have ever visited, the green mossy swimming pool is because the guest the day before swam wearing regular clothes not a swimsuit? Why does it seem like the reason doesn't make sense? Ordered 3 non-smoking rooms but got smoking rooms even though it was still 3 o'clock to check in. The sheets were tidied up when we entered but the white color was worn out and there were sauce marks, I don't know if it was washed or not. Disappointed, usually Fave is not like this. Hopefully it will be better in the future..

Actually overall not bad. But in the receptionist section, when I brought a lot of stuff, had trouble opening the door, they did not help. Even though there was 1 person in a white shirt who just looked at the receptionist. I was at fave for 2 nights, the treatment was still the same. The culture is not aware enough to see guests in trouble.
