The towels are clean but dull white, sometimes there is no mat in the bathroom, insects (ants and cockroaches) are the only drawbacks, other than that the bed is comfortable, the place is nice, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the location is strategic,

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is very clean but unfortunately for the superior type there is no water heater so it's better to choose the deluxe. The food is delicious. Next time I go to Bojonegoro, I'll order this.

The room is spacious and clean, unfortunately there are still yellow stains on the sheets, I don't know what they are from, the curtains should be made with 2 layers so they can be opened during the day to increase lighting without having to be seen from outside.

transit trip stopover 1 night during Eid homecoming. check-in time was already at 19.30. got room number 700 (the room condition at the end). TV condition was broken, information from FO would be installed/replaced by the technician but never came until Check out. Please fix it immediately if it is broken. bathroom mat was not available but after asking it was given. hotel slippers were not available. AC was cold. Drinking water was provided in glass bottles that were refilled in a dispenser located near the elevator. There are 2 elevators but 1 is sometimes out of service and sometimes can (worried about being locked in the elevator). please pay attention to the elevator maintenance. security service is friendly and helpful when the parking lot is full. parking lot is available across from the hotel. many food vendors around the hotel. Thank you.

Every time I go home I stay here, the price is okay, it's pretty clean, but sometimes I get bad towels, dirty blankets. It happened on the first night. I stayed for 3 nights, luckily the next day I could get new and good towels, and a clean and good blanket.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for Eid in Bojonegoro, when I first entered there was no bathroom mat, I asked the housekeeping and they said it would be delivered, 1 hour later I called the reception to ask and they answered that the mat was finished, and until 16.00 (I checked in at 14.00) it still hadn't arrived, and even worse when I was going to return to the hotel at 19.30, all access to the hotel was closed because there was a takbiran, what I regret is why the hotel didn't provide any information regarding this closure and when I called the hotel to ask about this, they answered that several guests were informed, why weren't all guests informed when checking in, so that we could predict when to return to the hotel, and the hotel staff also said that there was only access to exit the hotel, there was none to enter, and until I wrote this at 21.30 I was still stuck on the road because there was no access to enter the hotel, and there was no solution from the hotel, hopefully in the future there will be coordination between the hotel and the local government so that there will be no misses fatal coordination like this again

The shuttle service costs 100 thousand from the station, the towels and blankets need to be replaced with new ones, the surrounding environment is comfortable, there are quite a lot of culinary options and if you want to enter the hotel there is a place of worship (Langar/Mushola).
