seriously, this hotel is great! highly recommended hotel in south kuta area. the breakfast is delicious (ala carte, but the menu is very varied. i'm in love with their plating style, so beautiful 😍), all of the crew was polite and friendly, and I had an upgraded room with the bay view! thank you so much! will definitely come back soon ❤

The best hotel in Ungasan with reasonable price! Me & my husband stayed here for 3d2n. Our room got upgraded so we had pool access! The hotel located near supermarket, pharmacy, restos & cafes. Room was sparkling clean. Staffs were ALL friendly and super helpful, I’m not kidding! There were a problem with our refrigerator and they changed the refrigerator immediately. We didn’t book our stay with breakfast, but we once ordered Sate Padang for dinner and it was awesome! You really should try stay in this hotel! All the best (and healthiness) for all staffs and hopefully pandemic will end soon😊

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Beautiful location from the room. Waitress Aditya is very friendly and helpful. The downside is the toilet flush is not strong enough, it has to be flushed twice to clean it.

The hotel location is close to the main road, the front desk staff is very friendly and informative. The restaurant staff at breakfast could have been more helpful. Guests entering the restaurant for breakfast should find a table instead of us going around looking for an empty table. The rooms are not soundproof, our room was a bay view type and had a balcony. Sounds from the highway came into the room. In general, it is still ok to stay here if you are in the Uluwatu area and its surroundings.

Water debit is a crusial issue, the shower and tap water running low sometimes no flow at all. 2 bottles of 300 ml mineral water provide and we must ask more. Shampoo container is empty and bathroom drainage clodge. No one welcome guest arrival, wondering if the hotel has short staff.

Check in berjalan dengan baik, lokasi dekat dengan jimbaran. Tapi kendalanya lampu di wc kamar mandi yang kedap kedip dan AC kamar yang tidak dingin dan bocor. Maka diputuskan untuk memanggil teknisi. Lampu kamar setelah dibenarkan sudah tidak mati nyala, tetapi untuk AC semalaman tidak berasa dingin sama sekali dan AC mengeluarkan bunyi berisik. Untuk pelayanan sudah OK. Mungkin jika terdapat kamar-kamar yang sudah perlu di revitalisasi harus sedikit diperhatikan. Terima kasih.

Mbak Resepsionisnya baik banget. Kami sangat terbantu karena saya salah pesan tanggal menginap. Saya datang lebih awal 1 hari. Setelah melapor ke agen online kami dibantu untuk check in. Besoknya sewaktu sarapan saya hendak menambah 1 pax untuk anak saya yang berumur 11 tahun dan mereka berikan sebagai complimentary. Simple things tapi bikin happy. Menu breakfast nya juga bagus-bagus dan bisa by request seperti avocado toast, nasi Jinggo dan lain-lain. Tapi karena udah berumur saya ga bisa makan banyak karena udah kekenyangan. Cappucino dan Americano-nya juga enak. Kamarnya spacious, saya pilih yang ada balcony jadi bisa lihat Pantai Jimbaran, bandara dan Tanjung Benoa. Kamarnya bersih tidak ada bau lembab. Kolam renangnya walau ga besar-besar amat tapi untuk serius berenang bisa banget dan bisa sambil lihat city view dan laut (walau agak jauh) buat yang pengen main air aja.
