Amazing hotel and location made our city break super special, especially the Staff are extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious the dish presentation was aesthetically pleasing. Everything was flavoursome. For the room very comfort and quiet of the room superceded any outside noise. And also Great location, very close to Everything, This means that its possible to do not few things by foot.

the room is spacious with a view of Bandung, the hotel is clean, the staff is super duper friendly and pleasant, during breakfast the children are also happy because the staff helps them make toy shapes from balloons. the food is delicious and varied.

The hotel is well placed in Dago area, in walking distance to good cafe places, restaurant, shops etc. I highly recommend walking around the area of the hotel and enjoy the chill weather of Bandung.
The hotel itself is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and it's a good choice to stay with the family.
A couple of points to improve:
- breakfast: even if the taste of the food is good, the variety of disheses offered is smaller compared to other Four Points hotels that I've been to.
- it's extremely long to wait for an elevator if the hotel is busy. There were a couple moments when we prefered to take the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator.
When we will return to Bandong for sure we will keep this hotel in mind.

A really highly recommended hotel, worth booking, you won't be disappointed, close to everywhere, the hotel atmosphere really makes you feel like you're on vacation, the staff are really friendly + and the elevators are super fast but unfortunately there are only 2 so it takes a long time to wait for your turn to go up and down.
