I'd recommend this place for you to stay. The best thing for me was the staffs. They were so kind and very responsive to help. The room was also comfortable and cool. The only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness. Because there was some dirty spot on my bed sheet, and the sink was clogged. But overall I enjoyed staying here. ♥️

It's been more than 8 years always staying at this hotel when going to Karawang. but during last Eid it was quite disappointing. ordered 3 deluxe rooms, only 1 room was ready, the connecting room was not ready and asked to wait a while, it's been almost 1 hour since check in, given the key to a room not a connecting room with the reason of being afraid of taking too long and it turned out to be zoooonk, came to the room it wasn't ready there was still a housekeeping officer on duty, finally went out again while carrying a suitcase out of the room that wasn't ready. please do better in the future because this hotel is our family's favorite hotel when going to Karawang.. thank you

● room is spacious enough for 2 adults 2 children
● cold AC & refrigerator
● dispenser in the hallway of the room
● water heater is ok
improvements :
● area around the swimming pool, the water pipe smells bad
● no soap in the rinse room
● the rinse room key is difficult & prone to breaking because the door is made of glass
● towels already look dull
● some parts of the room are not clean, there are still spots of food crumbs
● tv channels need to be updated
● middle area between pool & restaurant, slippery
● often run out of stock of plates in the restaurant
● pictures for the pool access room type on OTA must be separated, DO NOT combine with the pool view
● the entrance from the pool to the inside is slippery because people are coming and going after swimming

A little disappointed with the staff because when I checked in, they did not give the type of room that had been ordered and booked (2 rooms with a connecting door). The room according to the order was given after a long debate and I was asked to wait.

This is my second time staying here. The AC is really cool. The room is clean. Check-in doesn't take long. If you're thirsty, there's a dispenser in each hallway. So you can refill drinking water anytime. The pool is clean, can be used for swimming with toddlers too. My suggestion is to pay more attention to the empty soap in the shower room. For cleanliness, the shower room or the bathroom in the room is clean. Don't worry. The security guard or receptionist is friendly. I will stay here again because it's cheap and really good
