The check-in and check-out process was very easy. All the staff were very friendly and quick to help. The AC in my room wasn’t cold, but they were very responsible with my complaint — they upgraded my room because the type I booked was fully booked. Overall, everything was good. Worth a try!

In general, everything is good, great. But if possible (just a suggestion) it needs a little adjustment, especially (in my opinion) the convenience for Muslim and Muslimah hotel guests to perform ablution (take water for prayer), it is a little difficult with the current layout of the water cubicles. Just a suggestion for betterment in the future, but in general, this hotel is highly recommended to be tried for anyone visiting this city.

This is the first time I've stayed in a bad room, it doesn't match the application, and the AC is noisy and not cold.
