Overall good, only the bathroom is dimly lit, the floor is dirty and smells of urine. The room smells musty when first opened, there is only 1 toothbrush and sandals even though the room is occupied by 2 people. Hopefully in the future more attention will be paid to cleanliness.

Please management can go around and see directly the condition of the room which is very concerning, the bathroom is very dirty and not suitable for use. The floor is dirty and sticky, the lights are not bright. The walls are dirty. The sheets, pillow cases, bed covers, towels, have lots of stains and are not suitable for use. I was given a room on the 2nd floor at the end (the end and next to it). If you exit the elevator, turn left, then turn right, the room is at the end and next to it. The condition of the room and bathroom is as if something scary has happened, so the hotel staff does not dare to clean it. Even if you brush it with Vixal it can disappear, especially if it is cleaned regularly.

The staff is friendly and kind. The food is okay for this class of hotel. The location is okay, the hotel is closest to the airport. I booked 2 rooms for 1 night (April 17, 2025), the condition of both rooms is very sad. The floor, walls, bathroom, everything is very dirty, very concerning. The sheets, pillow cases, bedcovers have lots of dirty spots. It seems like there is no maintenance and no SOP for hotel quality. The room smells, the floor is not mopped, the lights are not bright, and all parts are very dirty, especially the bathroom is very disgusting, not suitable for use. Management could be more active in going around and checking the condition of the hotel directly.

The view is quite remarkable for such an affordable price. Luckily, we got a room with a view of the airport runway. It's such a special experience, especially for my son, who is a big fan of aircraft. He could even see his favorite airplanes landing right from his bed.

the service in the restaurant is lacking, asking for fried eggs, they come back and it's not made, asking for a spoon, it's not served, eh, until we finish eating, the eggs don't come, unlike other hotels

Several times staying at Front One Airport Solo hotel, highly recommended for business trips, culinary tours, transit flights, or others. Close and always crowded at Adi Sumarno airport (shuttle car available to the airport), many Colomadu area culinary places and streetfood, various stores by souvenirs, and also other options available Grab and Gojek. Fast check in-out process, clean room, friendly and comfortable staff. Thank you Traveloka.

the room is dirty, lots of dust, lots of spider webs. the blanket has lots of stains, the pillow case doesn't match the size, the bathroom is dirty, rusty and dirty tissue holder and drainage. at 10 pm the room service is already closed.
