The location is very strategic, across from Duta Mall. The FO during check-in was not very friendly and asked for a 300,000 IDR deposit, even though we had already paid in full for the room.

Staying at Galaxy Hotel was very comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the facilities were good. The breakfast was also very satisfying, with a wide selection of appetizers and desserts. However, the rooms were not soundproof, between 504 and 505.

Got problem with the bathroom, to be in clough, so abit watery inside bathroom so becoming slipery. The smell of smok room is a bit unbearable. Didnt know there are different price for the room without smoking.
