This is our second time staying here. The room is clean, but unfortunately the soap is really empty, not filled at all. I also lost my Tab C cellphone charger in the car. The last night when I parked the car after going to buy food, the cellphone charger was still there. We gave the car key to the security guard. Even though the cellphone charger never got out of the car. We just realized the cellphone charger was gone when we had checked out and had walked far from the hotel. We called the hotel, and they said that none of our belongings were left in the room.

the first day we arrived at around 22:00 and were assisted by the valet and luggage lifter to the room, there were no problems, everything went smoothly until the next day, Monday, the 7th, we wanted to have breakfast, all the menus were finished even though it was only 8:00 (not refilled yet) and had to be requested first, it seemed like it needed to be corrected again so that guests could enjoy it. after breakfast, we went out to see how Malang city was divided into days (in front of the hotel) while wanting to check the car, it turned out that the car was parked on a road slightly slanted to the left (in my opinion quite far), we went in and went for a walk, returned to the hotel around 17:00 until the room door could not be opened directly, finally we had to go down again to the resort in the process of opening the door (even though we were staff for 3 days and 2 nights). the last day, Tuesday 8/04, we had breakfast like the photo above, and because we didn't have an appetite, we went back to the room and got ready to check out. thank you, hopefully next time x will be better in providing service.
