Gets Hotel Malang

The room is okay, the hotel atmosphere is good and clean, the price is okay and you can get breakfast compared to other hotels. The wifi connection is not stable, it drops more often, maybe it could be better. The parking area is actually inadequate, but fortunately there is valet parking.

The food doesn't taste very good.

Nice interior, good facilities, varied breakfast

This is our second time staying here. The room is clean, but unfortunately the soap is really empty, not filled at all. I also lost my Tab C cellphone charger in the car. The last night when I parked the car after going to buy food, the cellphone charger was still there. We gave the car key to the security guard. Even though the cellphone charger never got out of the car. We just realized the cellphone charger was gone when we had checked out and had walked far from the hotel. We called the hotel, and they said that none of our belongings were left in the room.

Overall, it's okay, but the room type is like a semi-old hotel. So it's not that great, so lower your expectations a bit. Eating fried noodles to go to Bromo is very salty and the breakfast variety is lacking.

the first day we arrived at around 22:00 and were assisted by the valet and luggage lifter to the room, there were no problems, everything went smoothly until the next day, Monday, the 7th, we wanted to have breakfast, all the menus were finished even though it was only 8:00 (not refilled yet) and had to be requested first, it seemed like it needed to be corrected again so that guests could enjoy it. after breakfast, we went out to see how Malang city was divided into days (in front of the hotel) while wanting to check the car, it turned out that the car was parked on a road slightly slanted to the left (in my opinion quite far), we went in and went for a walk, returned to the hotel around 17:00 until the room door could not be opened directly, finally we had to go down again to the resort in the process of opening the door (even though we were staff for 3 days and 2 nights). the last day, Tuesday 8/04, we had breakfast like the photo above, and because we didn't have an appetite, we went back to the room and got ready to check out. thank you, hopefully next time x will be better in providing service.

There used to be no fence around the pool, now there is a fence so access to the pool is limited. Salt & pepper are not available, in the egg cooking area. But overall it's still OK. Especially easy access

business trip or vacation in malang. always stay there. staff and security guards are helpful and friendly. cleanliness is the most important thing when staying and gets..always clean and fragrant. although the breakfast is less varied but the taste is okay.. increasingly successful gets hotel

The hotel staff at check in were not very friendly. The ones who were friendly at check out were. The bathroom was a bit unclean, the toilet was yellow, the sink was sometimes clogged. Then there was a toothbrush and toothpaste from another guest that had not been taken. The rest was okay.

Staying at Gets Hotel for the umpteenth time, always satisfied because there are rooms that are suitable for families with babies, have a living room with a sink 👍

Parking space is outside in front of the hotel and very limited space, thus guest cars shall be arranged by the special officers to do such. Guest are requested to hand over their car keys to the security officer. Hotel manager should consider a canopy wide enough in front of the main entrance that when it is raining, guest have a bit "help" to unload/load their belonging from their cars.

Employee smoking during his shift hour. Just remember they don't have any electric socket in the room so bring your own fellas.

The staff called my room to wake me up for sahur & the food was ready to be served according to our order the night before. The staff were very helpful regarding fasting & breakfast for my non-fasting friend.

It's okay, you can stay here again next time..
