We had a good rest here. We only transit and stay a night in Semarang, but next time we go there for longer time, I'll still want to stay at Gets. Accessible. Quite clean (other than several specks of dust on the floor). Clean bathroom and amenities smells quite good (hotels amenities usually smells too strong for me). Spacious room and very affordable.

The condition of the room did not match the booking application, when booking I asked for a large single bed because I was bringing a child, I was given 2 separate ones, and when checking in they said they could be combined but in fact they could not be combined and when I complained I was not answered properly, the staff was friendly, the facilities were ok, I was just disappointed with the bed.

Check out Gets Hotel Semarang on app! My kids were very impressed with the view from the window, they even want to stay here again when they go to Semarang. The bathroom is clean, there is a hairdryer, clean towels, the room is very comfortable, there is a carpet, cold AC, there is a refrigerator. There are many variations of food.

Pros: the hotel lobby is spacious & nice, the room is quite clean but there is no bolster, there is a hairdryer & refrigerator, complete amenities, the bathroom is a bit small but cannot be locked because the door is a sliding wooden model, the children's pool is clean even though the pool is small, additional tires / coloring activities etc. must be purchased again, there is a gym, there is a playground but unfortunately for toddlers / children over 4 years old are no longer interested because the toys & tables are small, the employees are friendly Cons: the food is not varied for 2 days in a row the food is the same, like the leftovers from breaking the fast are not fresh, there are no snacks / typical Semarang food, so we eat instant noodles. Very unfortunate.

room service 1. less responsive when there is a complaint. reported at 1 am asking for a blanket, went down to the lobby and now at 1 am 17 minutes past 1 am a new blanket has not been delivered 2. extended the room, when extended the situation the room floor was not swept.

The location is good, easy to find, the facilities are okay, there is an indoor swimming pool but when we were sleeping it was a bit noisy like someone was drilling. The lobby interior looks luxurious. But the food is terrible. Laksa, Apple juice and green chili gourami are quite delicious. But the omelette eggs still have their shells cooked. The fettuccine is undercooked. Then there are plates that are not clean. How come??
