The receptionist was asked anything and only answered that he didn't know. I ordered and paid for breakfast but until I checked out I didn't get breakfast. The checkout process was long because the receptionist staff was not on standby. The concept of the inn is good for healing, but the staff is not well trained. It's really unfortunate. Bad experience

Advice if you come here, don't come in November/December. Because it rains all the time. But the view is unbeatable, very nice. Quiet atmosphere, clean room. But when I went there, the wifi was struck by lightning, so it was a bit squeaky. Yesterday's breakfast was chicken soto, even though I was hoping it would be the same as the one in the photo, haha. But overall it's really good 👍🏻

The real back to nature 👍. The sound of night animals, the chirping of birds in the morning. But unfortunately the tent was not well maintained, the carpet and chairs were dirty.

Serunya menginap di sini. Kamarnya luas, masih bisa tambah 2 extra bed. Internet nya cukup bagus dan fasilitas tontonannya lengkap. Memang sesekali mati listrik (listriknya tidak stabil) tapi teamnya grecep untuk mengatasi. Service nya via wa juga grecep. Daerahnya terpencil tapi didukung service yang grecep membuat liburan kami nyaman, indah, experience yang menyenangkan. Oh iya welcome drink nya uenak banget. Makanannya lumayan enak-enak, cuma porsinya kecil/sedikit. Kami pasti kembali lagi jika ada kesempatan. Mau cobain trekking menyusuri sungai.

The staff is less professional, especially my experience at breakfast. When I checked in, I ordered breakfast at 07.00 but it was delivered at 08.00, even though there were only a few guests staying. Not to mention that glamping is far from everywhere, so it's quite difficult to find food outside. But the glamping view is really good.

Suasana sekitaran resort sangat menyenangkan apa lagi pas dateng lagi hujan. Perjalanan dari resepsionis ke kamar lumayan jauh sehingga harus menggunakan shuttle. Saran untuk yang mau menginap, bawa cemilan & alat BBQ biar bisa masak-masak, karena agak sulit mencari makan & restonya waktunya terbatas. Saya pesan tapi sudah no respon dari resto karena saat itu sedang rame. Untung bawa makanan banyak. Tapi overall tempat ini cocok untuk healing. Oh iya, hati-hati karena bebatuannya licin. Pakai sandal yang anti slip :)

The glamping offers a different staying experience. It feels so close to nature, yet it is so comfortable as the same time. Unfortunately, I was staying during the rainny season, so there wasn't much to do. Please have more menu option for the restaurant.
