The room wa spacious, we are getting the view to the panderman hill. It was beautiful. Room was clean and with the HEPA filter, it really helps a lot to clean the air. So many breakfast options. Huge pool, kids playground, and beautiful scenery. Definitely I'd like to go back here again.

Need additional children's playground toys. And when loading goods into the car, the crew is less helpful so we move the goods ourselves. Overall okay. Usually there is live cooking of fried food but not today

Have stayed at this hotel many times, this time we stayed in a junior suite with 3 children, the room is very spacious with 2 balconies with mountain views & drive thru park, clean, complete amenities & luxurious interior. The location is very strategic because it is close to Jatim Park 2 (Batu Secret Zoo, Eco Green Park, Animal Museum, Drive Thru Park) & Batu Night Spectacular. Complete facilities especially for children, there is a water playground, also indoor & outdoor playground. Delicious breakfast with various staffs who are all friendly. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean. Each room has an air purifier so the air is fresh. It is indeed very luxurious. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the breakfast is not very varied. Many of the flavors are also not very tasty. The service is good. Many entertainment options, you can ride a free e-bike around the hotel too
