we called the Front Office and they said it would be cleaned IMMEDIATELY

The room is spacious, clean. There is a living room & balcony. The aquatic therapy is really good. Really accompanied by the therapist, even our blood pressure was taken first. After the body therapy, it was really relaxing, very suitable for the elderly. My father wants to go back there again

Grage Sangkan Hotel offers a fantastic stay, with its beautiful pool and breathtaking view of Mt. Ciremai as the main highlights. The serene atmosphere and well-maintained pool make it a perfect spot for relaxation. I stayed in the Executive Mountain View Room, and it was excellent. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a large window offering a stunning direct view of Mt. Ciremai. A great bonus is the convenient parking right outside the room, making it easy for guests with vehicles. The food is decent, with room service at a reasonable price. While not extraordinary, it provides good value for a comfortable stay. Overall, Grage Sangkan Hotel is a great choice, especially if you opt for the Executive Mountain View Room to fully enjoy the scenery and peaceful ambiance.

Grage Sangkan Hotel offers a refreshing getaway, with its beautiful pool and stunning view of Mt. Ciremai being the standout features. The pool area is well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere with breathtaking scenery, making it the perfect spot to unwind. However, the Superior Room needs improvement. The interior looks outdated, the lighting is dim, and the cleanliness could be better. A renovation or upgrade would significantly enhance the guest experience. On the plus side, the food is decent, with a reasonable price for room service. While not extraordinary, it offers good value for money. Overall, the hotel has great potential, especially with its pool and scenic surroundings, but some room updates would make the stay much more comfortable.

The room is big and in the hotel you can soak in aquamedic. All is ok. The only thing that is lacking is the breakfast is not varied enough, the shower water drain is very slow and stagnant

The room size is quite large, the room is clean, the staff is friendly. This hotel is famous for its aquamedic pool. For hotel guests, they will get a 10% discount for its spa. Across the hotel there is a family restaurant so it is easy if you need to find dinner or lunch.
